1.  As is obvious from the content, look-and-feel and ownership of this web site, Failing Enterprise is in no way sponsored, approved or endorsed by Enterprise Rent-A-Car.  This independent informational web site is owned, created, and maintained by one of their long-term customers and is intended for commentary on their customer service practices.  Enterprise Rent-A-Car has its own web site and it can be found at http://www.enterprise.com.

2.  Failing Enterprise is not "rogue", "underground", or "hiding" from Enterprise Rent-A-Car.  We are a public site for free and open discussion.  Enterprise Rent-A-Car has been aware of our site and has had our contact information since the site first went live.  We have regular two-way communications with Enterprise Rent-A-Car.  We have, and will continue to take all reasonable and prudent steps to stay within the protective bounds of free speech.  We understand that Enterprise Rent-A-Car may not be happy with the existence or content of this site, but we have no intention of violating their legal rights and are confident that we do not.

3.  Reading, understanding, and agreeing to our Terms Of Use is a requirement for using this web site in any way.

4.  Enterprise Rent-A-Car presumably has registered trademarks for their name and logo, and probably has many other marks associated with their services and products.  Our use of these marks is for purposes of identification only.
