I agree with Admin 100%. The internet has no idea what is going on. If they could just add an interface that would let employees sell themselves out, that would be awesome. But no! The "Autonomy" stops here! ERAC is all about overbooking.
I have to first convince my ARM why I feel we should be sold out. Because we dont' have any cars biatch doesn't cut it for him. "But you underestand this will help us run tighter if we overbook" he will say. "But I'm running at 92% throughout the month. How much tighter do u want me to run?". ARM is the only one that can call it in to some Jack ass in St.Louis who may or may not do it. Hopefully he will do it for the correct location or the correct days. So many times I have been sold out for the wrong dates its hilarious.
