Default why are they still in business?

How are these scum bags opening their doors everyday? My husband and I returned a rental yesterday and were hit with the same "mystery damage" routine with no prior history on the car. DONT PAY THEM ANYTHING--take it to the local media, the BBB. Boycott the airport rental but FIGHT BACK.

Not paying for damage you did to the rental car is the same as theft. You are stealing money out of the pockets of the employees of that company. Stop crying and pay for the damage you did.

There’s to side of the story to the damage scam, however, the customer is always right. I thought ESQI was an important factor to maintain the image that you are the best toward valuing your customers.

Enterprise is the best at valuing their customers, but when it comes to having a customer who damages a car and won't own up to it, like Mr Trump says, "YOU'RE FIRED!" or in other words, go rent somewhere else. There are plenty of decent hard working Americans who can take responsibility for their own actions and not play the blame game. Those customers earn the privilege, yes privilege, to rent from Erac.

You’re not Mr. Trump, your just a truck to truck inspector trying to make a living for yourself and upper management. Before making a customer pay don’t you need to check damage history to the vehicle and call loss control.

No because the history check is the job of loss control. The proper procedure for a damaged rental is to notate the damage with a DX and charge the customer. Loss Control will sort it out after the fact. If every rep did the history check and all that then it would take even longer for other customers to get their car. Plus when an office does things correctly and gets old tickets to admin every 2-3 days the old tickets won't be at the branch anyways. Plus there is repair history to look into and other factors. The job of the rep is to provide service, check the car in and report damage. That is it.

What is a truck to truck inspector? Furthermore, I no longer work at Erac, I fired myself and got a better job making more money, working less hours. I just hate stupid customers and whiny people who cannot accept responsibility for their own actions and find the need to blame everything on other people. I could go on, but I need to get another beer.
