What planet is this guy from?? In what world does it work to treat your employees like crap to try to get better results?? I know all you Area Managers know what I am talking about. Having your Branch Managers walking around believing that they could be fired at any second for miniscuel things is just retarded. Hey why not go with positive reinforcment.
