Reality is these people refuse dub (only a few silly white people take it, and how many of them are left in Toronto nowadays), and the rate is shit. Which means...yes...their income is shit. Fleet growth is stagnant too. The big growth days died at the beginning of the decade, as did people's future potential with the company. Lets review, no income plus no fleet growth means...you got it...no promotion. Enjoy it while you can C5. Ride the wave and get out before you sink.
