??? i have met him and don't hate him, rather the opposite in fact. but liking someone has nothing to do with my stance on their performance.consider it a review from an employee. if you read my post you know i have worked for the company for several years. what employee has not met him?

do you even work for the company?if you do i doubt you are employed in phoenix. nobody says "their" when they are part of the group that won it. and the award was won from a strong start last year that was already taking place before will arrived. the last several months have seen the numbers on a startling decline. isn't this supposed to be the time when will's plans and leadership are supposed to be paying dividends?

it sounds like will is not the only one whose ego is getting in the way. who are you speaking for when you say we?and what specifics have you mentioned other than a general rationalization about the EAA?
stop turning this discussion about wills performance into a one-on-one battle between you and i.get over yourself and actually bring something to the table. i have no animosity towards you or him, but i think his brand of leadership has been a failure so far. if you disagree then list specific examples that will support your argument. don't be juvenile and start name calling and being rude. its pointless.
