Hiding waiver on weekend specials, avoiding customer that you know that won't take DUB, scaring customers to take DUB or "you'll have to call their insurance agent", or here's a popular one that all the good "salesmen" did in my group...Just lie to the customer. When they return the rental we'll just say, "oh, i'm sorry, i thought you wanted our coverage." Everyone in my group who got promoted quick...that's what they did. They bragged about it. | I heard of a lot of people "back in the day" just having the customer initial the waiver to say that car is in good condition and then when they saw or knew that customer was returning would go wash a car or go on a pick-up. __________________ "the grass is $greener$ on the other side!" |
