it varies from group to group.....here in 36, area manager uncle b-rad has been known to be vocal of his dislike towards haoles (caucasians) and has even been overheard saying, "all haoles are dirty, they no wash their hands after they use the bathroom"......yet when you see him mingling with wheeler and wayne tanaka's blow job jb, who both happen to be haole, he doesnt seem to have any issues with either of them, lmao......then again, the insecurities of being a midget is probably the underlying issue.
