I worked at ERAC from 1999 to 2002. It sucked ass. They told me I'd make around $50K as Branch Manager. Then I got a job as a BM at 0336, and my pay plan made it basically impossible for me to reach the $50K level. Then to add insult to injury, they transferred me to 03C (without consulting me about the move I might add). Anyway, I busted my a$$ and did everything asked of me until I became BM and realized the pay wasn't what I was promised, then became disillusioned, burned out, and eventually got the hell outta dodge.
Does anyone on here know what's up with Jason Moore, Chris Reinhagen, Jill Burns, Brandy Mulkey, Monte Jackson, Brian Baker, and Johnna Feild? |
