You gave two weeks notice, not because you posses such high integrity, but because you're a weak moron who was scared that big bad ERAC might give you a bad reference. I went job hunting months ago, and the only reason I stayed as long as I did is because JB asked me not to leave and moved/demoted my BM and got us a new one. I only stuck around to see if things got any better. The new BM is fabulous, but unfortunately, he came along too late to make a difference for me.
