I worked under her (one of the few NOT literally) in GP18 and she had the exact same problems as an ARM. Pissed off all of her employees to the point she had the worst retention in the group for about a year straight. To get her promoted they had to ADD branches to her area in order to give her fleet growth. An area manager was promoted to RRM in MA and then they split his area to give her the fleet growth she did not deserve. Cheated on her husband and is probably cheating on him again in PA. Seems like past performance really does repeat itself.
