I called Loss Control three times over the month it took them to get the bill to me, and only got through to a person once. He told me that I would get a call when the car was ready for repairs. Needless to say he never called back.

Yesterday the bill came, and besides the dent, there are several other charges for 'damage' or what basically looks like maintenance, totalling about $900. I think there are four possible problems with the bill:
1. Never got a call to say the car was ready for the shop.
2. Never authorized the repairs.
3. The contract with the shop isn't signed by me or any Enterprise employee. The signature and date field are blank.
4. The bill has several unrelated charges about things I was never notified of, including the front and rear doors, tail lamp, bumper, corrosion protection, and re-taping the moldings.

It seems like they are charging me for either past damages or regular maintenance. Can anybody offer any advice? Has anybody been in a similar situation?
You shoulda took dub bro.
