I admit, I think Rod is hot, but he is such an egotistical fuckface. He is so in the closet. He was totally eye fucking me at a training session he facilitated and I attended. I have heard all these stories about how he made people cry and how he is such a hard ass and he proudly admits to and brags about what a hard ass he is. Making subordinates cry is nothing to be proud of, especially when you're a man (or some semblance of one) and the people crying are women. Someone should explain to him how the Department of Labor feels about creating a hostile work environment and then slap him across those pretty little bleached chompers of his. He's lucky he never verbally abused me because I assure you he would have been the one with the box of tissues (and a few new gaps in his grill).
