It is obvious she (Rod) needs to come out of the closet. It is okay Rod, we will not think any less of you. You will feel much better about yourself once you do. She treats females like shit because it is the old competition syndrome among the gals. She just needs to assure herself she is alpha bitch. If ya'll think about it, she never used her position as an Area Manager to pull down the panties of some gullible newly hired MT of the female gender and this alone is quite unusual since the only ass an Area Manager can get is that of a subordinate.
