I was at ERAC for 6 years.

Level I for two years.

Level II for 4 years.

My first year at ERAC I made $29000.00 working 60+ hours a week.

When I left I was making $51000.00 working 60+ hours a week.

I wasn't a slouch, never missed worked, worked on Saturdays, put up very strong numbers from the very beginning, I even went to most of the afterhours things.

The company promotes who they want without a reason. I think most of the out of group promotions happen with someone within that group leave and the new manager (from another group) hires someone he likes from that old group.

Clearly, it's who you know and who you kiss ass with.

I also know people who are still there after 10 years and still slugging it out as either a branch manager or area manager.
