ERAC has a great scheme. They tell you you can run your own branch. I worked there for 3 years and never saw that. If you run your own branch why do you have an area manager or even a fucken group rental manager. So they can pull the wool over your eyes and make you think your run your own shit. Group rental manager get weekly ESQI scores and give Area managers shit about bad scores. They are suppose do something about it. If it was your store you would get to see the scores and come up with a strategy or do some trainning with your branch to get the shit on point. If your area manager dislikes you he won't even tell yopu about your score and wait for you to fail and relplace you. So don't ropck the boat. That is the enterprise way.

It would seem that they all have extensive trainning in psycological war fare. You really have no say in shit and can't do shit with out corporate saying when to jump and tell you how high to jump. Why so called not 1/4 of the way to a manager put up with it is beyond me.

If I was going to run a business, I would want to know the demographics, consumer spending trends, income distribution on the immedate area etc. But dum ass think they are but not even a 1/4 of the way to shit managers think they are going to make some money. Go ahead and work tons of hours and put up with the quarterly dinners and weekends, and the WES's. Can I use my debit card. Go chase that car when they fuck you in THE ASS WITH NO LUBE.

Been their done it all. OP'ed some of the best numbers in my offices 10 year history and close to the best fleet growth in the group for many months. Contained my bad debt and uninsured losses, so don't say Ii didn hack it cuz i probally ate your lunch all you bitch manager who think they were better. Who did you give a raise too. How many managers do you manage. Oh I say none cuz none of you are really managers your self. I'll take my 20k promotion and a real job with real management duties.
