You're the one who concludes that I'm connecting her superficiality with an inability to do the job, which I am not so connecting. Her frivolous systems of believes makes her superficial and, quite likely, makes her good at her job. You can't have a well developed moral compass and stay with ERAC for as long as she as and progress upwards as she has. If it works for her and makes her happy, then great. However, let's see what kind of life she builds for herself beyond snazzy little pumps and sporty SUVs.
