Funny you use United Way as your example. Erac strong arms its employees to offer a voluntary contribution to them, then hangs some ridiculous bonus in front of the area and regional managers to get 100% contribution from their employees. This is probably because some deal was made between the two companies.

ALL companies (non profit or not) are in business to make money. Some just make more of an effort to value its employees than others. Erac is NOT one of those employers.
