It's the only excuse that the people still at ERAC have for why people leave. Admitting they don't suck and were good employees brings the whole house of cards down.

What is ERACs annual turn over in GP30? 30, 40 or 50%? This sort of turnover in corporate America is unheard of unless you work in fast food. Ask yourself, were all the people that you have seen come and go weak and not able to cut it? Or were they just not happy being used and abused by the ERAC 50-60 hr workweek? Did they get very little personal satisfaction from vaccuming cigartette butts from impalas and aveos then getting screamed at by a grammer school dropout because they can't get a car with a $25 cash deposit and a P.O. box?? Maybe they were just pissed that the company was too cheap to have more than 1 car prep for a 150 car branch yet get shit on by their AM or RM because their ESQI is low.
I finally left because i was the opposite of the arrogant attitude poster. I thought most of the people I hired and then quit were actually bright, hardworking and dedicated people and I was sick to walk into my office and find a resignation letter from another good person. ERAC's business model relies on young people with little or no business experience who don't have much real world common sense and will put up with a lot of shit before they make too much money and then quit to be replaced by another crop of young desperate kids. The first thing you learn at ERAC is employee expenses are the single most expensive and yet the most controllable expense on the income statement. Whats the best way to keep this down? Make sure everyone quits before they make too much.
Long story short: The only regret I have about leaving ERAC is not leaving sooner. To the poster, enjoy your time with the 1,000 people who are doing fine because 775 of them won't cut it and will be gone by next year.
