All joking aside; why did he get canned for real?

I realise he treated all people like complete shit...but Zavacky knew that & kept promoting him anyway.

Why would the same actions that helped him climb the ladder ultimately be the cause of his downfall?

ERAC clearly doesn't care how bad you treat employees; as long as you are able to look them in the face and swear they are valuable & important(without laughing)...

That being said, anyone know the real reason?
