DITTO! I just want to add that I made alot of friends at ERAC who I still stay in touch with and most have moved on to bigger and greener pastures. ERAC also opened the door to my current and final career stop. I am with JB, I leave the house no earlier than 7:30am and am home by 5:30pm. I did get home later tonight but that was because I was asked to be the speaker for the company in front of business owners at a partner bank networking event. I just want to thank MC(group rental manager) for firing me and to let him know I prefer driving my Infiniti G35(completely loaded) to the crap I had to drive home from Melbourne to Orlando everyday. I also want to let MC know that I will come close to if not surpassing him in salary by next year. Next week is the first week of fiscal year 08 at my new company and I will have my quota in by Friday. I will be striving for President's Club next year and with that award comes an awesome trip(TBA) for me and my husband.(Just to give you an idea of the type of trip this is, past trips have been to London, Monte Carlo, etc and always on a chartered plane to a 5 star resort where EVERYTHING is paid for by the company). I love my new life, I feel 10 years younger and I get to work at a great company who doesn't just tell their employees that they are valuable, they show them with money, trips and more!
