No I believe the reason our group has issues is because the vast majority of our workforce does not enjoy thier job. Have you looked at th retention lately?? At least Erac does lead to much more promising jobs afterwards. And at least Branch Managers can use the Internet to job hunt while at work. Oh and for those of you who dont have Internet access you can at least bring up Google, I think, well type in say 'hotjobs' and click on the link that says 'cashed'-this is the way around surf control. Everyone loves Erac employees!!!
