Hi Everyone,

On thursday i was denied service in Enterprise Rent-A-Car because they says the per-day rate they quoted will not be honored bcoz someone in their team did the mistake and now they will charge me alomst double and i have the confirmation number and all the details.

I refused to pay extra bcoz my confirmation had less per-day rate and they simply said "Go somewhere else"...I need your suggestion and help because just due to not getting the car on that day i faced so many problems

Kindly Help and Advice because i tried all possible things. 1) contacted support online 2) Called Cust relationship officer for our region(no response after leaving so many vm's)
