The realization is that for any normal, logical person the life cycle of a successful ERAC career is 2 years. You've gotten all the training you need to launch your career. Leave. Get out. Enterprise is a LIFE, not a job. |
It always amazes me how understaffed branches are considering how little people are paid. I was amazed at the job I got after ERAC because we actually have tons of people working. Half my day is sitting around or double checking my work.
