However, ppl gave all the credit to Asif, and Heather for making the big changes. With that some of the managers got a bit too confident and EGOs started to form. The problem that occur at c201, was that someone thought it would be wise to transfer all the old faithfull workers, and bring in fresh new faces, but the plan has proven to be c201 downfall. I don’t know what came over costigan to let Dru go, he was the guy the kept things together. Moreover, after transfering more than 10 employees they brought in employees that did not know what they were getting themselves into, and did not realized how busy the airport was. Plus without having anyone to help train these new employees, C201 was doomed. Currently C201 is underachieving, income under $1000 for the biggest branch in canada is ridiculous and Oxs costs are out of this world. They need to bring in a manager that knows what he is doing, and knows how to run an effiecent operation, there also needs to be a real plan in place that will intergrate the new employees, cause the best of the best shit is crap, and does not work. Costigan also needs to ask himself, what they hell does heather do, she came in to help increase ESQIm there have been no results. There needs to be big changes. |
