This freakin' sucks. I've gotten three people promoted in the last three months and have only gotten one employee to replace them. My ARM says, "Your personnel expense is low. You should be estatic." I'm exhausted. What am I doing?

The realization is that for any normal, logical person the life cycle of a successful ERAC career is 2 years. You've gotten all the training you need to launch your career. Leave. Get out. Enterprise is a LIFE, not a job.
