1840 has been going downhill ever since it originally went into that facility (probably before that). They have not had anyone there in recent memory that could keep employees happy or motivated to work. Wasn't the AP supposed to be a stepping stone? They had to force promotions for the past few years out of there because people were stuck and who wanted to hire a burned out BM or Assistant? Nice guy but Aaron Ricks has the personality of a tea bag and how is he supposed to keep employees who work 60 hours per week happy? Is Engleman still around? If so has he worked a full shift since being there? Most of the assistants have been incapable of doing anything with the exception of a few and why the fuck would you have your supposed best sales people in the RETURN LANE all the time. Put them at the counter where the REAL customer service is instead of trying to sell customers at the end of the rental after being badgered and already dealt with a dirty, shitty car. KC built TT.
