I think it is hilarious how ERACians like to perpetrate the myth that everyone at BRM or above is "getting pizzaid." This is complete bullshit. Take a look at C4. Who is actually getting paid? Tim, yes. Rebuck, yes. Sandra, probably. I know for a fact that the top BRM annual pay was only around 55k last year. 55k?? That is poor-house money in the real world. Try supporting a family off 55k. You won't have much luck, I can tell you that.
As for the ARMS, who do you think is actually bringing in bank? Fulcher, probably. Souter, maybe. The rest? No way. Maybe 65-75K. Chump change, biatches.
BRMs, I have a little exercise for y'all: take what you made last year (lets say 55k) and divide that by the hours you work. Here is how it breaks down:

Gross pay ($55,000)
divided by
hours worked in a year (2700)
= $20.30/hour.
