Julie was a pretty smart businesswoman and she was raking in the dough when she was in ERAC so she probably has built a 6-7 figure portfolio enough to buy a nice home in a nice area in the mainland. I wouldn't dismiss the thought that she is at least semi-retired. I wish her the best of luck cause she is one haole that got along wit da localz.
