You are way off base about stating, "pretty smart businesswoman". An employee working in a corporate environment with a system already in place is what she was. A businessman or businesswoman is an entrepreneur who starts their own business from the ground up all the way down to the basics of business structure whose survival is solely based upon his skills as an entrepreneur. An individual working in a system already in place is guaranteed to receive a paycheck. ERAC already has a market niche, identity, and a product in need.
