My husband is an ERAC employee right now, an AM and he does as much scrubbing cars and picking up customers as he did when he was a MA/MT. Now he has the added responsibility of call backs and everything. He works his ass off everyday and does not get home till 9 or 10 a lot of nights. Don't think that since these employees are in management, it makes it more fun!
