No Pass isn't cleaning cars or taking returns, he's just coming to your branch answering the phones booking deals for cars you don't have and then peacing out. Pass has really shit the bed, the whole area has not turned over most the managers have been in 18E for 3 plus years. Some branches are doing okay number wise, it's the level of trust and respect that has gone to shit, and it's every man for themselve.
