And expect ERACers to lie in this forum. It's amazing how anti-consumer the posters are on here. Most problems can be addressed with a 1-2-3 punch
1) Certified Letter to ERAC
2) Consumer fraud complaint with state Attorney General's office
3) Small Claims lawsuit
No lawyer, no major expense, no letting ERAC "be the boss" of the situation. Just let the law do it's job!
