Don't they know that people rely on them to perform their service? It caused me to lose 1 day of a vacation......Just to get a rental that I reserved weeks in advance??? Isn't this a basics of the rental business, to actually have the vehicles to rent? What is the purpose of a reservation otherwise?

Hmmmmn, how many thousands of customers and employees do you think have stumbled upon this site and have whole-heartedly agreed with the consensus of unhappy employees and customers but chose not to actually participate in the discussions.

I think sites like this are great. I am sure Enterprise knows about this site, and they may just try to make things better based on some of these discussions, however I doubt it. Sounds like most topics won't be a surprise to the upper management.
Actually, it's even better than you suggested. For all of these phrases:

"Enterprise Rent-A-Car complaints"
"Enterprise Rent-A-Car customer service"
"Enterprise Rent-A-Car sucks"
"hate Enterprise Rent A Car"
"Enterlies"
"Enterprise Rent-A-Car Human Resources"

we're #1 on Google, Yahoo, and MSN Search.

Now if a previous poster wants to claim "seems to me that this site has a lot of work to do", I'd like to ask him to do his homework.
