I do know what a car prep has to go through with erac. YOU sit in the ac, THEY work in 100 deg heat in the summer and single digit in the winter. YOU get to expense lunch now and again, THEY get to eat a sandwitch and a warm coke because they get paid shit. YOU are upwardly mobile with the company, THEY will never be treated like a human.
You bitch about "My degree this, and My degree that" ALL THE TIME., But..when a car prep seems unhappy about being shit under foot, all some of you do is start that sad old, "Get an education" shit......Do you hear yourself? Talk about brainwashed. Put your self in their shoes for once. Not all of them are pot heads, and burnouts. (There not erac manager's) Like I said before, SOME OF YOU, NOT ALL OF YOU may want to stop drinking the cool-aid.

I always defend car preps, in Vegas they were always older gentlemen, retired guys who did it for pocket money/get out of the house/extra gambling money. The preps I worked with didn't take shit from anyone and even though they were paid $7 an hour, upper mgt. knew they valuable and didn't try to fuck with them. I am in total favor of car preps fucking shit up if they are done wrong by someone or talked down to by an e-chimp.
