So many MT's these days are following the same philosophy of acquiring. I've even seen MT's buying houses at the age of 22. When their desire for things (and the debt which comes with it) starts mounting, they blame ERAC not paying them enough and end up leaving bitter.

Stay or leave, your issue is not with ERAC. Deal with it at the root. Ultimately, your employer is not to blame.
