Many branches try to subliminaly beat the phrase "completely satisfied" into the customers' heads. I have gotten 3 different ESQI calls from times I rented, each poller had a different delivery, and 2 of them seemeed to lean towards the CS choice. Now that is 67% CS right out of the gate...LOL!! What the hell are you talking about....67% CS right out of the gate. These are independent polling people they could give a damn what the customer says. I've talked to many customers who said they have been baited by the people asking the questions. Also, any company that is going to provide a service is going to ultimately piss off a few customers, it is the nature of the business. Admin, did you ever consider that maybe they were trying to get rid of you as a customer. You seem like a pain in the ass to me. Maybe they saw your name on the reservation list and said "oh jackass is coming in give him that f150 with the puke in the back seat-maybe he'll stop coming here". |
