Until I saw my first paycheck, which showed an hourly wage of $10.14.
I thought I will be fainting.
The paycheck was barely enough to pay my student loan! Having a bachelors degree and working for almost min. wage ($7.25)?
I'm currently looking for another job, because Hertz lied about the salary!
Turns out I'm not the only one who was deceived, but all other MT's with whom I'm currently attend the training course.
Is there any law that holds Hertz liable for lying and deceiving? On the interview they should've said that base is $21,000 + with the 10 hr mandatory overtime will bring you to 29K, I would've never waisted my time and their time.
Yet they try to teach you business ethics. What a joke!
start failinghertz.com. That's a joke.
