on "walk in" customers you are told to NEVER go by the 0910 rates. Nothing under $40 for the smallest car. Employees make no money themselves by ripping people off, but to get promoted you must rake in the dough for your upper manager.

Basically the whole company is a pyramid scheme. The MT work their newly graduated asses off for the Ass Mngrs, who in turn work their slightly older (much more brainwashed) asses off for upper management.....Most quit with in the first 2 years.
