Basically the whole company is a pyramid scheme. The MT work their newly graduated asses off for the Ass Mngrs, who in turn work their slightly older (much more brainwashed) asses off for upper management.....Most quit with in the first 2 years. |
The little voice in the back of my head told me something was wrong with this company when the GM of GP36, Wayne Tanaka, asked me for a 2 year commitment during my final interview. I ignored the little voice and wasted nearly 10 months of my life. I'm glad I woke up before they got 2 years out of me.
