Stan Polivka is pretty much fantastic. Just to address the one comment about him jacking up the numbers with any means and then leaving, I can say with complete certainty that you're full of shit. I'm positive you have never met him. He is honorable if nothing else. Stan was not handed anything here. His new city needed (and still needs) work. He's doing it the right way. Trust me, it's not in any way a perfect little job with no worries. I won't get into specifics but believe me, Stan if anything is MOTIVATED. Was he a city manager or an area manager in chicago?
