You don't need to tell me your company, just let me know what industry you are in and what position. I'd like to see a 3 yr Eracer out of college making $60k as a branch manager get hired for a position making $250k+! I agree that washing cars in a tie for a college grad sucks, but any entry level job out there has its pros and cons. Let me ask you one question. Do you think your current company would have hired you without your experience with ERAC? OK then.
