I held my ground and said sorry, but a van is what you got. she insisted on calling my ARM...long story short i ended up waiting till around 7pm for a scar from the closest branch. and of course i was instructed to apologize profusely and kiss the customers ass. fugging disgusting | Crying about a FREE car to use for the weekend?
