Here's another:

At 5:59 pm on Friday, a customer returns needing a ride 30 minutes away. You were the poor schlepp that was closest to the counter and didn't get away in time like all the others.

5 minutes in the car...you get this...
"How long have you worked at erac?"

"6 months", you reply....and hope he just shuts up.

"Did you go to school?" asks the customer

You (sighing) say, "yes, as a matter of fact, I went to xyz university and graduated with honors in marketing." (Pissed that this is the 4th time you had this conversation today)

Customer says: You went to school???? ...hmmn, So, I guess this is temporary till you find something?

I reply: "..a matter of fact, it is sir."
