 hellish nightmare in atlanta erac church street
the manager, steve fodor, needs a good, swift, strongly-deserved foot in his rear end for the treatment he doled out to me yesterday. rude does not even begin to describe the hellish nightmare that ensued after i told him (after asked) how my overall experience was with erac. from the first car (i had to have it towed back to atlanta from birmingham!) to the unavailability for a ride back to the repair shop, this jerk will not even imagine how customer service means CUSTOMER SERVICE! professional-NOT! |
