I bet they're kicking themselves right now for firing Rich but the damage is already done. They'll throw themselves at his feet that they need him back but he's not coming back. Whether you loved or hated him (I for one couldn't stand his big mouth) either way you respected him. And considering the subject of this thread and names mentioned we all know the truth about why Lordi was shit-canned. |
Very well said. Don did not like him simply because Rich refused to stand for his constant bullshit. As for Henry, lets be realistic. I work in Admin, and many people were aware that Henry was sleeping with Danielle. We all knew something was fishy when Rich was fired. I remember walking into a certain department heads office and being shown an e-mail from Mattone stating Rich was fired and that no one was permitted to talk about it. Right then and there I knew Lordi caught a raw deal. Ironically, the collapse of EE started with the firing of Rich. I agree he had a big mouth, but boy did he ever back it up. I speak for many up in Admin when i say, Lordi and his spark are deeply missed at a time when this region moral is so low. And I agree, he had the respect of many employees something Don, Henry, and Mattone certainly dont have right now. Its not the Enterprise way to offer Lordi his job back but I personally feel that it is not only the right thing to do, but is also necessary! Rich is the only guy I know that has balls enough to go into Mattone's office and speak his mind about EE sinking. And thats why i respect him. And I agree with the Simon & Garfunkle song: Where have you Rich Lordi, EE turns its lonely eyes on you!
