I was a former Alamo Car Rental employee when ANC (Alamo/National) merged and then when Vanguard bought us... Vanguard sucked then, that is why I left!!! But Evil E sucked way worse... Alamo/National csr's could make $2000 a month is incentives if they were good at a slow location... Boston, Jfk,Orlando,LAX were making bank....

I am currently @ Hertz and it is so much better... I feel bad for all my Former Vanguard Employees, who told me last week things were starting to CHANGE... It's going to change alright, you will all Want to be on the unemployment line...

Incentive's, what incentive's Evil E doesn't Believe in rewarding their workers... No, instead you will all work long hours, for NO PAY!!! Good luck with that... At Hertz Level #1's can now Bonus 30% on their branches quarterly in addition to a Monthly Bonus... I am so glad I am not Green!!!
