As a police officer you have to know that if a women tries to bribe her way out of a citation w/ a little head, it always ends up bad for the cop, always (unless of course your Harvey Keitel from Bad Lieutenant). That was 2005, anyone know if he beat the case, did time, got his badge back, back at erac????
They would never give him his badge back after pulling something like that. IIRC, he had the lady cuffed in the back seat and was driving her in to book her when she offered him the deal. So, Carlos pulls into an alley, uncuffs the lady in the back seat, gets his suck off, and then turns her loose. The next day, she calls 911, hangs up, and a squad car comes over. Well, she spills the beans, so an internal investigation begins. They call Carlos into Bill Young's office and he confesses to everything. I think he said the reason he did it was because his wife had been out of town at the time and he hadn't had any in about a week. In the wake of Operation G-sting, they take any type of corruption by a public servant very seriously in this town. They might give him a reduced charge, but they are not going to drop the charges. Actually, as back logged as the criminal courts are around here, his case may not have even come up for trial yet.
