Remember that legally binding contract you signed when you rented the car? The little "fuel gauge" the ERAC employee marked the gas level on before you left reads "NO GAS REFUNDS". Are you really going to cry about a few gallons (or liters) of gas? If that was the worst of your experience, consider yourself lucky. Don't be mad at them because you failed to read what you signed. I'm not in any way supporting or defending ERAC, but you have a responsibility to understand what you are signing and ask question if you don't understand BEFORE you sign.
