Default Re: I Work At NatRes

If the one-ways are not an option in the summer, then that needs to be stated in the one-way policy in RALPH. It would be exceedingly simple to call the Home City or Airport team and have them put "During the months of ___, ____, and ____, one-way drops are not allowed." There are thousands of offices with thousands of policies. If someone from the group does not call to tell us of any changes, we'll assume, out of necessity, that the policies are the same. Lack of communication is my biggest pet peeve with this company.

We do not tell customers that offices have car seats unless the car seat appears for us to select, and we would, at that time, also quote the price per day. Same with ski racks. If they are on the screen for us to select and they shouldn't be, someone needs to call up their contact at NatRes and have them change it in RALPH, otherwise the problem will continue to exist. We MUST trust RALPH or we would never get any work done and the whole company would lose money. As I said, thousands of offices, thousands of policies. It all boils down to this: We tell customers exactly what we are told to tell the customers. If we need to be telling them something different, then a manager needs to call and tell us that. We don't have ESP.
